Entertaining Pennsylvania Guest

We are entertaining Michael's editor tonight, (Mike is our 17 year old writer) so I've been cooking away with Daniel, our 15 year old, by my side.

We are looking forward to the meeting of these two minds and hope to keep their bellies full while they work together finalizing Michael's first manuscript and explore publishing options.

If ever you need an amazing editor, contack John David Kudrick at http://www.johndavidkudrick.com/. He has been so gracious, communicative, and helpful throughout this whole process. We are honored to have him in our home, and gladly extend to him a huge Texas welcome- starting with this country meal:

Pulled Pork w/Red Hot Apples
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Gravy
Spinach Salad w/Blackberries, Shaved Romano, Red Cabbage, Black Olives, and Maple Vinaigrette
Hot Yeast Rolls w/Butter
AND
Fudge Walnut Cake with Fresh Raspberries

Sweet Cream Biscuits are on the breakfast menu, and are one of the recipes you'll see featured in my upcoming Food Snob cookbook. Give me a holler if you'd like to be placed on the 'pre-order' list.

Happy Eating!
Polly~ The Food Snob
